The service

Chiliapp provides restaurants with tools for reservations, guest communication, and marketing. During the beta period the service is offered free of charge and may change without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Chiliapp to send unsolicited messages, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Chiliapp available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for security reasons.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chiliapp is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of the service. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will inform registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of country. Place of jurisdiction is city, where permitted by law.
